Cultivate presence
Through embodied practices, movement, and shared story, I help women rebuild trust in their bodies after life's transitions and shocks. Be witnessed, held, and reminded—what you’re moving through is sacred. Movement allows the mind to settle, while the breath brings us into the present moment experience. This is why I practice yoga as a moving meditation and am interested in not only the physical poses. Meditation coupled with mindful movement can bring one into wholeness, not just with yourself, but with everything around you.
